Ferris Bueller Super Bowl XLVI Honda TV Spot
As to not upset hardcore John Hughes fans who might see it as an unwanted blight on the man's legacy, Honda's Super Bowl XLVI TV spot finds actor Matthew Broderick taking the day off from shooting his latest film to partake in a few extracurricular activities, proving that he is more like his 1986 alter ego than anyone else he has ever played. This is instead of reprising the character of Ferris himself. To enjoy the Ferris Bueller's Day Off commercial, which is titled Matthew Broderick's Day Off, click on the clip below.
Ferris Bueller's Day Off was released June 11th, 1986 and stars Matthew Broderick, Alan Ruck, Mia Sara, Jeffrey Jones, Jennifer Grey, Cindy Pickett, Lyman Ward, Edie McClurg. The film is directed by John Hughes.
