Fahrenheit 9/11 available tonight
CinemaNow acquired the exclusive online distribution rights from Fellowship Adventure Group. The 122 minute-long movie will be available at 8 p.m. EST for $9.95. Curt Marvis, CEO of CinemaNow, said he was "thrilled that the people behind Fahrenheit 9/11 have recognized the power of digital distribution." He added that the tight window and short lead time showcased CinemaNow's capabilities.
"This is another great example of how we can offer content in a way that is special and consistent with the possibilities we see for our business in the future," Marvis said. "It's unusual, but we told them that we would stay within the constraints of the time period they were looking to enforce."
Fahrenheit 9/11 was released June 25th, 2004 and stars Ben Affleck, Stevie Wonder, George W. Bush, James Baker III, Richard Gephardt, Tom Daschle, Jeffrey Toobin, Al Gore. The film is directed by Michael Moore.
