EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Witless Protection's Larry the Cable Guy Shouts Out to MovieWeb!

In an exclusive video clip, Larry the Cable guy gives a shout out to Movieweb viewers while promoting his highly anticipated comedy Witless Protection. The new comedy will be in theaters on February 22nd. Check out the clip below!


Witless Protection centers on a small-town sheriff who witnesses what he believes is a kidnapping and rushes to rescue a woman. The kidnappers turn out to be FBI agents assigned to protect her and deliver her to a big Enron-type corruption trial in Chicago but are later found to be on the take and are villains who are bent on killing her.

Witless Protection was released February 22nd, 2008 and stars Larry The Cable Guy, Richard Bull, J. David Moeller, Will Clinger, Omar Dykes, Reno Collier, Jenny McCarthy, Yaphet Kotto. The film is directed by Charles Robert Carner.

    i think there are very few moments in his movies that made me smile or chuckle, but not many. Blue Collar tour is his true calling. Thats where you can be enjoyed, movies aarent your thing

    larry the cable guy is actually not like he is in movies or doing standup, i dont even think his accent is real, nor does he live in the south, supposedly he's your regular old, run of the mill guy but he puts on that personna for show.... oh and for the record, this movie is trash and will be forgotten by movie goers within a week of release
