EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Sorority Row Cast Interview Featurette!

A popular trend in Hollywood recently has been to take low budget horror movies from the '80s and remake them into realistic, ultra-violent movies for today's audience. From Halloween to Friday the 13th to next year's highly anticipated A Nightmare on Elm Street, it seems that no horror film is off limits. Now Summit Entertainment enters the fray with Sorority Row, their remake of the 1983 slasher film classic, The House on Sorority Row, opening in theatres everywhere on September 11th. We had the chance to speak exclusively with some of the stars of the film, Briana Evigan, Leah Pipes, Rumor Willis and Jamie Chung, to learn more about the blood and gore behind this updated version of the classic horror film.

When Megan (Audrina Patridge) discovers that her boyfriend has been cheating on her, the sisters at her sorority, Theta Pi, decide to teach him a lesson. They convince her boyfriend that Megan is dead, that it's his fault, and that he needs to help them dispose of the body so no one gets in trouble. But when the prank goes terribly wrong, and Megan is actually killed, the sisters must cover up their mistake in order to insure their futures. Flash forward eight months later to the Theta Pi girl's graduation and someone is mysteriously texting the Sisters photos of the bloody wrench that accidentally killed Megan. Now the girls of Theta Pi must figure out who the hooded figure is that's killing off their friends and family before it's too late. Starring Briana Evigan, Leah Pipes, Jamie Chung, Rumer Willis, Margo Harshman and Carrie Fisher, and directed by Stewart Hendler.

Sorority Row opens in theatres everywhere on September 11th.

Sorority Row was released September 11th, 2009 and stars Teri Andrzejewski, Adam Berry, Megan Wolfley, Robert Belushi, Marie Blanchard, Briana Evigan, Zack Garrett, Margo Harshman. The film is directed by Stewart Hendler.
