EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Shutter Cast Interview Featurette

Shutter is the new Masayuki Ochiai directed horror thriller that finds newly married couple, Benjamin (Joshua Jackson) and Jane Shaw's (Rachael Taylor) life together coming to, literally, a crashing halt. Their car smashes into a woman standing in the middle of the road, who has materialized out of nowhere. Upon regaining consciousness after the accident, Ben and Jane cannot find any trace of the girl Jane believes she hit with the car. Shaken by the accident and by the girl's disappearance, Ben and Jane arrive in Tokyo, where Ben begins his glamorous assignment. Having worked in Japan before and fluent in the language, Ben is comfortable there, and he eagerly reunites with old friends and colleagues. Jane, a newcomer to the city, feels very much like a stranger in a strange land as she makes tentative, unsettling forays through the city. Shutter opens Friday, March 21st, 2008.

Shutter was released March 21st, 2008 and stars Joshua Jackson, Rachael Taylor, Megumi Okina, David Denman, John Hensley, Maya Hazen, James Kyson-Lee, Yoshiko Miyazaki. The film is directed by Masayuki Ochiai.

    every movie like this sucks remake or not the grudge sucked as well as the asian version plus pg 13 horror films suck only r rated ones are good some are bad but face it r rated horror films are better on everything acting effects and time length as well as gore heh heh!

    this is so lame. asian horror movies need to stay in steven chows closet. not the silver screen of america. its all the same bullsh*t. some lil china doll faced girl gets killd in a practically painless way and she freaks out and curses random house hold oblects like phones: 1 missed call
    a video tape:ring one, 2 and soon to be 3
    a bedroom: grudge 1 2 and soon to be 3
    and now a damn camera.

    next will be a hair dryer or a shagg rug. god this sh*t is dumb
