Screenwriter Steve Conrad, the man behind The Pursuit of Happyness and The Weather Man makes his directorial debut with this week's dark horse comedy The Promotion. In this very funny and oddly charming film, Seann William Scott and John C. Reilly play two assistant managers at a large grocery store chain that go head-to-head in order to win an upcoming promotion. We recently met up with Director Conrad and his star Seann William Scott, as well as The Office's Jenna Fischer, who plays Scott's supportive wife in the film, for a nice little chat about The Promotion, which could very well turn out to be the sleeper hit of the summer.
