EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Resident Evil: Afterlife Cast Interviews

Let's face it...Hollywood does not have a great track record when it comes to adapting popular video games into feature films. From flops like BloodRayne and Doom to less than satisfying movies like Hitman and Max Payne, Hollywood has seldom gotten it right with a few exceptions, one of which is the Resident Evil series. Beginning in 2002, the franchise has now spawned three feature films including the original Resident Evil, Resident Evil: Apocalypse and Resident Evil: Extinction, which have grossed a combined total of almost $400 million, and the fourth movie in the series, Resident Evil: Afterlife, which opens in 3D on September 10th. We recently had a chance to sit down with the films stars Milla Jovovich (The Fifth Element), Ali Larter (Heroes) and Boris Kodjoe (Surrogates) to discuss the new movie, their roles, the film's 3D, the legacy of the series and a possible fifth movie. In a world ravaged by a virus infection, turning its victims into the Undead, Alice (Milla Jovovich), continues on her journey to find survivors and lead them to safety. Her deadly battle with the Umbrella Corporation reaches new heights, but Alice gets some unexpected help from an old friend. A new lead that promises a safe haven from the Undead takes them to Los Angeles, but when they arrive the city is overrun by thousands of Undead and Alice and her comrades are about to step into a deadly trap.

Resident Evil: Afterlife was released September 10th, 2010 and stars Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Kim Coates, Shawn Roberts, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Spencer Locke, Boris Kodjoe, Wentworth Miller. The film is directed by Paul W.S. Anderson.

If you stick to the source the movie will be bland...It seems that small minded people would never understand. Why would you want to see a movie were you would know exactly what happens with no surprises. It would suck. I love how he did the series. i hope he does 2 more after this to finish the trilogy!

r u kidding? resident evil 3, was the worst movie of the series. it was just flat out boring, it would have been more intresting if vegas was over run by zombies rather than a dead zone w nothing but sand. resident even 1 was an "ok" resident evil 2..."good" then resident evil 3..."wtf? LOL . i have the feeling this new movie will fall under "good" but not great" we'll see.
