Everyone loves Julia Roberts! From modern classic films like Pretty Woman, Steel Magnolias and The Pelican Brief to box office smashes like My Best Friend's Wedding, Ocean's Eleven and Ocean's Twelve, not to mention her Oscar winning role in Erin Brockovich, she is by far one of the most popular on-screen actresses of all-time. So it only makes sense that when director Ryan Murphy (Glee) decided to adapt author Elizabeth Gilbert's internationally famous book, Eat, Pray, Love into a film, which opens on August 13th, that he would hire the former Pretty Woman for the lead. In addition to Roberts the film boasts an extraordinary group of actors including fellow Oscar winner Javier Bardem (No Country for Old Men), Oscar nominee Richard Jenkins (The Visitor), Golden Globe winner James Franco (Spider-Man) and Billy Crudup (Watchmen). We recently had a chance to travel to the Napa Valley in Northern California and sit down with Julia Roberts, her co-stars Javier Bardem, Richard Jenkins and Billy Crudup, as well as the film's director Ryan Murphy to discuss the new movie; it's incredible performances and the film's universal themes of love and forgiveness.
