Available on DVD and Blu-ray October 12th, Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander return as Edgar and Alan Frog, A.K.A. the Frog Brothers in Lost Boys: The Thirst. The film is the third chapter of the popular vampire series, which began with the classic '80s movie The Lost Boys and was followed by 2008's Lost Boys: The Tribe. In addition to Feldman and Newlander, the cast includes Tanit Phoenix, Matthew Dylan Roberts, Joe Vaz, Seb Castang, Porteus Xandau Steenkamp and Matthew Kalil. We recently had a chance to sit down with Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander to discuss the new movie, the beloved series and the legacy of Corey Haim. Exclusive: Corey Feldman and Jamison Newlander Interview

The Lost Boys: The Thirst brings back to the screen the Vampire slaying Frog brothers on a quest to save Peter Lieber, a young boy, from a gang of night crawlers. Set in modern day San Cazador, a sleepy Northern Californian town, Edgar Frog (Corey Feldman) has had better days ... and nights ... when he is hired to rescue Peter by his sister, bestselling author Gwen Lieber (Tanit Phoenix). These bloodsuckers are growing a vampire army by handing out The Thirst, a drug made out of vampire blood, at raves all across the country. With the help of Zoë, who clearly wants to be more than just Edgar's friend, and re-united with his brother, Alan (Jamison Newlander), Edgar enters a battle that will test all his strength and finally put an end to the un-dead.

Lost Boys: The Thirst was released October 12th, 2010 and stars Corey Feldman, Jamison Newlander, Tanit Phoenix, Sean Cameron Michael, Matthew Dylan Roberts, Joe Vaz, Seb Castang, Matthew Kalil. The film is directed by Dario Piana.

I love the first film and have it in my rather large collection of horror films. Corey may not be that great an actor but I still do like his acting from time to time.
Not to long ago there was an announcement that the straight to DVD films are no longer in effect. This maybe forced to be on the big screen to garner newer fans.

Can u blame them? this is the only movie that made corey fame. u dont c him making other movies, So hes using his only tool to make money. "the lost boys" part2 should have been made back in the 90s hell even part3. we should b on part 4 or 5 by now. yet alone, a much better direction than wat they r on now. comedy/horror.Watch if this movie gets rebooted, none of these lamer actors will return and it will get a much better story line,

badass? LOL these movies r lame. no affence. Its going from a horror to a comedy. look at wat happened to chucky. part1 was a classic, then it slowly became a stupid comedy/horror. "the lost boys" is an all time classic, but now part2/3 r just taking ur cash. and wasted time. They should have took a diff route. MAYBE note that Corey Haim was killed by a vampire, and plan sumthing out to kill these vamps. i really dunno. but these movies should b strait to dvd, lol
