EXCLUSIVE VIDEO: Brendan Fraser Fights the Furry Vengeance

Actor Brendan Fraser may be best known for his work in action films like The Mummy and it's sequels however he also has quite a resume of children's comedies under his belt including Dudley Do-Right, George Of The Jungle and Looney Tunes: Back In Action. Now the actor can add another film to that list with the new children's movie Furry Vengeance, opening in theaters on April 30th. In the film, Fraser stars as a real estate developer who battles with the creatures that inhabit the forest he is developing. We recently had a chance to speak with the film's stars Brendan Fraser, Brooke Shields and Angela Kinsey (TV's The Office) about the new film, the movie's animal friendly themes and it's funny nods to the actor's previous work. Furry Vengeance is a live action family comedy starring Brendan Fraser as Dan Sanders, a real estate developer who moves his family from Chicago to Oregon when his job calls for him to oversee the building of a major housing development. He soon faces off with a band of angry animals when his new housing subdivision pushes too far into a pristine part of the wilderness. Led by an incredibly clever raccoon, the animals seek revenge by turning a peaceful cul-de-sac under construction into a battlefield of epic proportions and teach our hero about the environmental consequences of man's encroachment on nature. It's man versus nature and the fur is going to fly!

Furry Vengeance was released April 30th, 2010 and stars Brendan Fraser, Ricky Garcia, Eugene Cordero, Patrice O'Neal, Jim Norton, Brooke Shields, Matt Prokop, Billy Bush. The film is directed by Roger Kumble.

    Holy sh*t did Brendan do a f*ck load of coke before this interview? Damn he's really pale and just freaking out. I guess when you get cast for a film that's been done before and wasn't exactly a gutbuster from the start, you start into harder drugs....

    everytime a commercial for this comes on tv, i instinctively reach for a pen to stab my eyes out with, but the commercial always ends and i snap out of it just in time.
