Based on a true story, Bottle Shock chronicles the events leading up to the famous 'Judgment of Paris' wine tasting, told through the lives of father and son, Jim and Bo Barrett. A former real estate attorney, Jim (Bill Pullman) sacrificed everything to realize his dream of creating the perfect handcrafted chardonnay. His business, however, is struggling, and he's not only trying to overcome differences with his slacker son (Chris Pine), but is also fighting off the creditors. We recently met up with stars Alan Rickman, Bill Pullman, Freddy Rodriguez, Rachael Taylor, and Chris Pine to discuss the making of the film. Bottle Shock was released August 6th, 2008 and stars Chris Pine, Hal B. Klein, Alan Rickman, Jean-Michel Richaud, Dennis Farina, Bill Pullman, Kirk Baily, Freddy Rodríguez. The film is directed by Randall Miller.
