Sucker Punch was released March 25th, 2011 and stars Emily Browning, Abbie Cornish, Jena Malone, Vanessa Hudgens, Jamie Chung, Carla Gugino, Oscar Isaac, Jon Hamm. The film is directed by Zack Snyder.

I myself have a much more greater and deeper appreciation for films that come out when i watch interviews or behind the scenes. Because I hear it from the Source about why they wanted to make the movie they did, or why they liked it or be a part of it; and you know the amount of hard work that went into it. Even though most people will watch the films and simply just cut it down without even seeing it. Or see it but just say its bad just because there were certain little things they didn't get or like.
@daveactor7 -- "You owe it to yourself to see a film before you critique it." ~ Woody Harrelson. Don't let a bunch of "Movie Critics" decide for you (and i put those words in quotes because those people mostly get paid to rag on movies). But you have to realize that there are so many more Critics out there who do "get" the material, they "get" the movie. Think for yourself, decide for yourself whether or not YOU like the film. You're missing A LOT of movies everytime you decide not to see a film Simply because a handful of "Movie Critics" say it's not good (more so often said because they either didn't understand something or they weren't a fan of something they saw, or just because they wouldn't know a good movie if they came up and slapped them in the face).

that is the thing about reviews from RottenTomatoes,Yahoo, IMDB, and the NY Post
not everybody is going to agree even with the most highly-anticipated films
the same thing goes for summer blockbusters
I can agree half the time with them and not the other half
Sucker Punch was made for guys and folks who just want to have fun at the movies
can anybody think of a better formula that involves hot girls with guns, dragons, samurais, zombie soldiers?
after all I am a big fan of Vanessa Hudgens and Ive been dying to see this movie since the footage at Comic-Con, and we have to give Zack Snyder credit for trying to make something original
that's a rare occurence in film these days
not everybody is expecting to see a masterpiece in the theater and considering how Hollywood operates today I think we can all see that we dont spend every single cent on EVERYTHING in the theater

Kind of like watching an anime show where all the women kick ass. I think Sucker Punch should stay as a stand alone. No sequel. Even though he hasn't opposed to the idea.
