Recently MovieWeb interviewed Saw II writer/director Darren Lynn Bousman. Among the many things we talked about are his plans for his next project and Saw III.

About his upcoming project Bousman said:

"I'm working right now with Dimension and The Weinstein Company on a new project. Which... it's another horror film but a much different type of horror film. I can't go into a lot about it but I can say it's probably the most disturbed I've ever been reading a script. I can say that. I don't think I've ever been this disturbed after reading a script. That appears to be the next thing that I'm going to be working on."

As for Saw III Bousman said that the film is going to be released on October 27th, 2006 and that he is going to be involved in it in some way.
