I hope Depp gets back into the kookiness he had in Fear and Loathing, that movie is classic..." We cant stop here, this is Bat Country " :]

Eckhart doesn't pick bad roles and I'm very anxious to see Depp embody the good doctor again! Thompson influenced the past few generations with his invention of Gonzo Journalism. His work and antics will live on to influence even more generations to come. I paid tribute to the man and his work with my portrait and article on my artist's blog at http://dregstudiosart.blogspot.com/2011/02/in-memoriam-hunter-s-thompson.html

Loved the book and very excited that Depp is revisiting the madness of Thompson which such a fine cast no less.

Great actor! He needs a frickin' oscar already. Really should have been nominated for his performance in Rabbit Hole instead of Jesse Eisenberg in The Social Network.
