Ewan McGregor is going back to and old director on his new project. According to The Hollywood Reporter, McGregor has joined the new film The Last Word from director David Mackenzie.

McGregor previously worked with Mackenzie on the film Young Adam and will star here in this film, which is described as a love story set in a metropolis where people are starting to lose their sensory perception.

Mackenzie will direct from a script by Kim Fupz. The film is scheduled to go before cameras in September.
