Ethan Embry (Empire Records,Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle) has joined the cast of D.J Caruso's Eagle Eye, according to Moviehole. He will play agent Toby Grant in the film

Based on an idea by Steven Spielberg, the movie tells of a young slacker (LaBeouf) and a single mama (Michelle Monaghan) who get tangled up in a terrorist cell plotting a political assassination.

Anthony Mackie (We are Marshall) and Madylin Sweeten (Everybody Loves Raymond) has also been cast.

Eagle Eye was released September 26th, 2008 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan, Rosario Dawson, Michael Chiklis, Anthony Mackie, Ethan Embry, Billy Bob Thornton, Anthony Azizi. The film is directed by D.J. Caruso.
