'Entourage' Movie Moves Forward at Warner Bros.

HBO's comedy starred Adrian Grenier as Vincent Chase, who was a film star that navigated Los Angeles with his friends and agent.

Warner Bros. has given the green light to a feature film adaptation of HBO's hit comedy series Entourage.

Series creator Doug Ellin will be directing the film with deals being made to bring back the original cast which included Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven.

The show followed the acting career of Vincent Chase, a young A-list movie star, and his childhood friends from Queens, New York City, as they navigate the unfamiliar terrain of Los Angeles, California. The film will to pick up six months after the end of the show, where Jeremy Piven's Ari Gold took a job with a major studio.

Entourage debuted in 2004 and wrapped up it's last season in 2011.

Entourage comes to theaters June 12th, 2015 and stars Jeremy Piven, Jerry Ferrara, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Kevin Dillon, Billy Bob Thornton, Ronda Rousey, Haley Joel Osment. The film is directed by Doug Ellin.
