USA has found its leading lady for their new medical series. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Emily Rose will star in the new pilot, Operating Instructions, which lifts the cast-contingency on the pilot.

Rose will star as a leading medical trauma surgeon who just returned home from a tour of duty in Iraq and is taking over as lead surgeon at a stateside military hospital.

Judd Pillot and John Peaslee wrote the pilot and will executive produce. No word was given on when the pilot might be shot.
