It seems that Matt Damon will be adjusting to a lovely new co-star. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Emily Blunt has signed on to star alongside Damon in The Adjustment Bureau.

George Nolfi is adapting from the Phillip K. Dick short story and directing the film as well. The story revolves around a young Congressman (Damon) who meets a charming dancer (Blunt) and discovers that mysterious happenings are keeping them apart.

No production schedule was given for the new film.

The Adjustment Bureau was released March 4th, 2011 and stars Matt Damon, Lisa Thoreson, Florence Kastriner, Phyllis McBryde, Natalie Carter, Chuck Scarborough, Jon Stewart, Capt. Gregory P. Hitchen. The film is directed by George Nolfi.
