Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy to Star in Peacock

Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy have recently signed up to star in the psychological thriller Peacock from Mandate Pictures. According to Variety, Michael Lander will make his directorial debut from the script he co-wrote with Ryan Roy.

Peacock centers on the small town of Peacock, Nebraska, where Murphy's character, a split personality, fools the town into believing his two alter egos are man and wife. Page portrays a struggling young mother who holds the key to his past and sparks a battle between the personalities.

Filming for Peacock is scheduled to start in May.

Peacock was released in 2009 and stars Ellen Page, Susan Sarandon, Cillian Murphy, Josh Lucas, Bill Pullman, Keith Carradine, Bradley Steven Perry, Graham Beckel. The film is directed by Michael Lander.
