He is a great actor. He will be just fine. I've yet to see him in a role he hasn't done great in. Crash would probably be my favorite. This will be great

I think a lot of people feel that way Van. And it's not unfounded; Cheadle has never done anything like this before--the closest he's been was action-comedy. Honestly, it will have a lot to do with where the character has to go, and from there we'll see whether or not Cheadle can get him there. In the suit though, it won't really matter.

I wasn't too into Cheadle playing this part, but I'm starting to come around. He just looks too much like a diplomatic person. I could see him discussing peaceful resolutions, instead of wearing a battle suit. But he could pull it off. He is a great actor, regardless.
