David Krumholtz to Star and Write Attorneys at Raw; Star in Walk Hard
In the comedy, Attorneys at Raw for Universal and Apatow Productions, Krumholtz will write the screenplay and star; The Hollywood Reporter notes it focuses on two young attorneys who decide they want to become rappers.
He also has signed on to co-star in the comedy, Walk Hard for Columbia and Apatow Productions. Krumholtz will play a slippery record producer in the film, which chronicles the messy life of fictional music legend Dewey Cox (John C. Reilly). Jake Kasdan is directing from a screenplay he wrote with Apatow; Jenna Fischer and Kristen Wiig also star.
No production schedule has been announced for Attorneys at Raw; Walk Hard is shooting now in Los Angeles.
Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story was released December 21st, 2007 and stars Nat Faxon, John C. Reilly, Tim Meadows, Conner Rayburn, Chip Hormess, Raymond J. Barry, Terrence Beasor, Margo Martindale. The film is directed by Jake Kasdan.
