David Gregory to Moderate Meet the Press
Tom Brokaw had taken over these duties when Tim Russert died last June.
The show is currently "the highest-rated Sunday public affairs program."
"The mission is very much the same, holding our leaders accountable and being a treasured platform to do that," stated Gregory. "I'm humbled to be in the role that I'm going to."
Gregory wants Meet the Press to remain the agency that explains the world of Washington to the world at large.
