French actress Juliette Binoche and French thespian Mathieu Amalric have boarded David Cronenberg's long gestating Cosmopolis, starring Robert Pattinson and Paul Giamatti, reports The Playlist.

The film is based on Don DeLillo's book of the same name, and follows 24 hours in the life of newly married billionaire Eric Packer (Robert Pattinson) as he cheats on his wife, is pursued by a stalker (PE6W1d77xT3z96||Paul Giamatti}), gets attacked by a protester and gradually loses his entire fortune over the course of a single day.

Production is slated to begin in Toronto on May 24th and last for nine weeks.

Cosmopolis was released August 17th, 2012 and stars Robert Pattinson, Juliette Binoche, Sarah Gadon, Mathieu Amalric, Jay Baruchel, Kevin Durand, K'Naan, Emily Hampshire. The film is directed by David Cronenberg.
