Nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Television Series - Drama, The Walking Dead: Season One breathes new life into the zombie genre as it unfolds a post-apocalyptic saga that follows a group of survivors, led by police officer Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln, Love Actually), who searches for a safe haven and, hopefully, a new home, far from the undead that now roam the earth hungry for human flesh. Each episode explores the challenges of life in a world overrun by zombies, and the toll it takes on the survivors who now find themselves going to extremes just to see another day. In this horrific world gone mad, each turn brings new surprises and dangers, as the survivors try to regain some semblance of a normal life.

    THIS WOULD BE AMAZING! I love the show. I am a criminal justice student and i get so many of the references they make in regards to law and police. Plus, I am a huge belief of Edward Burnay's beliefs, and The Walking Dead and zombies almost go along with the belief of us resorting to basic human needs and instincts when we are forced to.

    I should win a copy because me and my friends have a nightly ritual to sit down and watch this incredible series. We want the chance to revisit season 1 before it returns in July. Plus, my mom has gotten a chance to see the last few episodes and she wants to badly. I have people I have been telling about the series for some time, and if i win this, I can have them over and see them experience it for the first time to see their reactions.

    I should win a copy because I got my wife to watch and love this show. My wife by the way, usually gets nightmares watching Resident Evil movies, so it took a lot of convincing for her to watch the first episode, but once she did, she was hooked...and she doesn't have zombie nightmares anymore! She probably dreams of Andrew Lincoln instead :o(
