Directed by suspense master and director of the first trilogy, Wes Craven, Scream 4 is the newest installment in the acclaimed franchise that ushered in a new wave of horror in the 1990s. In Scream 4, Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell), now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. There she reconnects with Sheriff Dewey (David Arquette) and Gale (Courteney Cox), who are now married, as well as her cousin Jill (Emma Roberts). Unfortunately Sidney's appearance also brings about the return of Ghost Face, putting Sidney, Gale, and Dewey, along with Jill, her friends (Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin) and the whole town of Woodsboro in danger.

This should be mine because I need to see if it lives up to the hype. There was much made about the fact that there were new actors and new twists coming;a way to invigorate a franchise that ended more than a decade ago. I have to see if Kevin Williamson pulled it off. Whether he could create a new chapter that could surprise me or, better yet, scare me. It's a challenge to accomplish that with me.

Because the Scream series is so freaking awesome! Each film has kept me wanting more, waiting eagerly for the next one. You have no idea how excited I was when I heard there was going to be a fourth movie. It would be sweet to win this awesome movie.

Scream was the first "scary" movie I ever saw and I loved it. Scream two was awesome too but I honestly did not get Scream 3 at all... Please restore my faith in this very badass franchise by giving me this very nice gift!=)

Im a huge movie buff! I have over 400 dvds that I have in my personal collection, I have movie posters all over my room. I enjoy the scream movies and havent got a chance to see this one, so im very excited to see it!!!

I'm a horror freak! I have been watching this series from the start and will be watching it til the finish. I absolutely love the Scream movies and I must have a copy of this one. (as long as it's on blu ray and not DVD lol)

I grew up with these movies. I would literally watch them back to back to back to back and repeat them. I can quote every one of them from start to finish. Hell, I can close my eyes and watch the original trilogy in my head. In high school, I used to make short Scream fan films for my AV class. On opening night, I saw Scream 4 3 times back to back to back. And then 3 more times over the weekend. Sadly, as the year has gone on, finances have been hurting and while I will no doubt eventually get this film on Blu-ray from someone for Christmas... I really don't want to wait that long.
