    at last some people that want to see this as much me!!

    yeah i know what your saying, Stevenson looks the sh*t! i'm a Tom Jane fan, and wish he got a more dark action story to work with. but i'm looking forward to this, even if it does look way over the top. but it's based on a comic,.... did anyone say Batman was way over the top? . nope!! you know why?... cause he's a man dress up like a bat, they knew what they were getting!!

    some people give unfair judgement to movies cause they don't know how to look at it!

    I don't think is a tie in as a sequal. I dont know if you seen the Red-Band Trailer for this movie, but theirs a scene where Frank Castle is having a picnic, or somthing with his family, and shows him blood soaked, and his family all dead, and bloody, and that's before he became the Punisher.

    It's pretty sweet. It's kind of part trailer, part music video, no talking in it, but nothing more than Bullets, explosion, and Lots of Blood, and a great view of Jigsaw Face.

    Radimus, if JigSaw is the last survivor of the Saint family, then that means this COULD actually tie in as a sequel, correct? Punisher is already Punisher, there's a task force on his ass and he's eradicating fools. I know it is a reboot of sorts, or a one-shot, whatever. They said The Incredible Hulk was too, but I found subtle tie-ins to the first movie. Just like this one, it looks like.

    This is The Punisher I've been waiting for. Thomas Jane - he was an alright cop Castle at the beginning, but is NO WAY badass enough to play Punisher. He looked weak and stupid. Ray Stevenson LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE Frank Castle, from the comics and cartoons. And he's f*cking BAD!! Also making an appearance is Microchip in this film. True to comics. Can't wait!!

    I hope this movie gets a very hardcore R as a rating, for "strong" bloody, and even gory violence, for bloody, and grisly images (Ex. there a scene where Jigsaw is thrown into a glass pane. We see Jigsaw's face torn to shreds. Very bloody and Grisly.)
    Very "Strong" language, lots of F words.

    It's not "Jigsaw" from "Saw". This "Jigsaw" is called that because his face looks like a jigsaw puzzle. The difference though is he is the last surviving person of the "Saint" family.
