And I do agree with your comment Vamp. However, it would make these sort of threads as pointless as the remake. That's the whole point of this thread.

IMO, the rules for making a remake should be that if you can still watch the movie and enjoy it... it does not need to be remade

i just watched this movie 2 weeks ago and it is still badass so it does not need a remake

i'll watch the remake if it does get made though

Oh GET OVER IT! It's just a remake. If you don't like it.... Then watch the original and act like they never remade it. Geeez... Who knew there was such a SIMPLE answer?

total recall was awesome, no need for a remake, too early, does no one have any ideas in hollywood anymore?? Plus there are so many other movies that u could remake that are older and could use a re-imagining

Sorry man but King Kong didn't suck. A movie that sucks wouldn't have awesome dvd sales. Why do people say things that are false?

they should just leave this alone...all remakes suck. the Deparetd, War of the Worlds, King Kong, and a few other remakes where good but most of them suck! just at the remake of Poseidon: a good cast, desent director and it still sucked

Okay this is a load of bullocks. Next thing you know, in five years time from today, they're going to announce a Lord of The Rings remake. Just wait and see. This bloody mess of nothing but remakes has gotten out of hand and hollywood is proving that they are full of mindless, unoriginal blundering galoots.

god why? no this cannot be remade, that was one of arnold's best movies and its not even 20 years, this has bad idea written all over it. Arnold should put a law in place for his movies not to be remade!!
