Clint Eastwood is being eyed to star in The Expendables 3
"We've approached Clint Eastwood to be one of the guys, we've got a character in mind for him. We're talking to Harrison Ford. [And we want] Wesley Snipes when he comes back from prison. I'll give you one more name, we've got Nicolas Cage to play [one of the characters]. And we're going to bring Mickey Rourke back, if he won't be too crazy. I like Mickey. And of course, all the existing stars [will return]."
It isn't known if Sylvester Stallone is writing the screenplay for this third installment, although it seems they definitely have some new characters worked out. If The Expendables 2 director Simon West returns, he will reunite with Nicolas Cage, who starred in his 1997 action-thriller Con Air, and the filmmaker's upcoming Stolen, debuting in theaters September 14.
The Expendables 2 was released August 17th, 2012 and stars Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The film is directed by Simon West.

If they got Linda Hamilton to be in this, i would love for her to have some kinda 'bump-in" with arnold. And she responds with that "OHHHH CHIT" look. like she's about to die or whatever.
It would soo take alot of viewers back to the T2 days!
Something really funny tho, would be that she kicks his ass in this film, making her a tough baddass, lol

Nice choices. However i dont think this movie needs butt kicking chicks like Angelina Jolie or michelle rodriguez. I believe it needs that more innocent type.
like Amber Heard, Emily Blunt, Rooney Mara, Genesis Rodriguez,Alice Braga, Gal Gadot ect.
Maybe none of these would fit in. but i feel this is the type that this film needs (kinda)
Hell i wouldnt mind Gina Carano But i feel that a tough chick shouldnt be part of the group but rather somebody they saved, or kinda like the first film. Then again, it wouldnt hurt if 1 of em was 1 of their family members, wife, or gf, maybe a tatto artist.

Jesus, I understand the whole point is to get some of the classic action-stars all together but get some new faces in there too. The two big action boys of this time looks to be Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hardy. Throw them in the cast, if anything.
