Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale talk upcoming Pittsburgh shoot for The Dark Knight Rises
"When you're making a large-scale action film that has to showcase the vitality and size of a large American city but also involves a certain amount of disruption to that city in order to make the action credible on screen" there needs to be a lot of cooperation from that city, Christopher Nolan said.

One production detail that leaked is that fake snow will fly Downtown to simulate winter in Gotham City, which was mentioned by Christopher Nolan.
The Dark Knight Rises comes to theaters July 20th, 2012 and stars Liam Neeson, Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Anne Hathaway, Gary Oldman, Aidan Gillen, Marion Cotillard. The film is directed by Christopher Nolan.

@pjwolsker i was wondering the same thing. this video has to be pretty old because he still looks the same as he did when he won the oscar. and we all know batman has short hair and is clean shaven. this must be an old vid that was shot before the movie began shooting.
