Christian Oliver (The Good German) has joined the cast of Warner Bros.' Speed Racer, directed by the Wachowski brothers, according to Variety. The film stars Emile Hirsch and Matthew Fox.

Bill Smitrovich (Iron Man) has been added to the cast of Flash of Genius for Universal and Spyglass Entertainment.

The story concerns Robert Kearns' (Greg Kinnear) fight to get compensation from Ford Motor Company for his invention of the intermittent windshield wiper. Smitrovich will play the judge who presides over Kearns' lawsuit against the automaker.

Eva La Rue (CSI: Miami) has joined the cast of the Screen Gems' Lakeview Terrace, starring Samuel L. Jackson as an LAPD officer determined to force an interracial couple out of his neighborhood.

Robert Carradine (The Lizzie McGuire Movie) has landed the lead role in Nano Dogs the Movie. Carradine will play a scientist whose dogs gain superpowers after ingesting a high-tech solution in the film which blends live action and animation.
