Christian Bale Signed on for All 3 Terminator: Salvation Films

It seems that Christian Bale is securely locked in to yet another franchise. According to BBC, it was revealed at the Cannes Film Festival that Bale has signed on for all three of the new Terminator films, starting with Terminator 4, which is filming now.

"Christian was our first choice and he's a big fan of The Terminator, so we're very lucky," said Victor Kubicek from Halcyon at the Cannes Film Festival. "But with Batman he's already done the whole franchise thing, so we weren't sure he'd respond."

"He read the script and he loved it, so he's signed on for all three," said Kubicek's business partner, Derek Anderson.

Common and Sam Worthington are also starring in the film, which is currently shooting. The film is scheduled to be released on May 22, 2009.

Terminator Salvation was released May 21st, 2009 and stars Christian Bale, Sam Worthington, Moon Bloodgood, Helena Bonham Carter, Anton Yelchin, Jadagrace, Bryce Dallas Howard, Common. The film is directed by McG.

I don't know normally I agree with Marcus on most everything that has to do with movies, but these still might be good...
...they are like a whole new trilogy, because it is after the war so it doesn't have the old actors and sh*t.
    New plot, characters, etc.
we will see I could be wrong, because I agree the third film was a bomb!

yes it could man, just give it sometime. they need at least one more major actor in the movie and they are set. i know you might have some doubts marcus, but probably even you have some hope deep down that it could be good. lol.

Bale is the best thing about this project. The rating and the director are huge problems that might ruin these films.

I trust Bale's choices in roles. Haven't seen a bad movie he was in. But I have HUGE doubts about a PG-13 rated Terminator trilogy directed by McG.

i agree with jasonbourne. this franchise is gonna be good. i believe in bale's work and i like the terminator series. as for the title, i dont really mind if the do T4 T5 T6. it would be better if they made the titles like T2: Judgement Day and T3: rise of the machines

bale is making a mistake with this one mark my words, these films will bomb, terminator 3 was crap dont see them doing any better. they should have left it with T1 and T2. Bale is a great actor one of my favs but its not gona work. if im wrong ill eat my hat

I disagree comix. It shouldn't be 4, 5, and 6, cuz this is a whole new trilogy and direction. However, this title does suck
