Cage will play a teacher who examines the contents of a time capsule unearthed at his son's elementary school. Startling predictions in the time capsule that have already come true lead him to believe the world is going to end at the close of the week and that he and his son are somehow involved in the destruction.
Knowing comes to theaters March 20 from Summit Entertainment.
Knowing was released March 20th, 2009 and stars Nicolas Cage, Chandler Canterbury, Rose Byrne, Lara Robinson, D.G. Maloney, Nadia Townsend, Alan Hopgood, Adrienne Pickering. The film is directed by Alex Proyas.

The trailer was petty cool, the poster could be better, but didn't this guy direct I-robot? In any case it is intriguing.
