The Incredible Hulk kicks off an all-new, explosive and action-packed epic of one of the most popular superheroes of all time. In this new beginning, scientist Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) desperately hunts for a cure to the gamma radiation that poisoned his cells and unleashes the unbridled force of rage within him: The Hulk.
Living in the shadows--cut off from a life he knew and the woman he loves, Betty Ross (Liv Tyler)--Banner struggles to avoid the obsessive pursuit of his nemesis, General Thunderbolt Ross (William Hurt), and the military machinery that seeks to capture him and brutally exploit his power.
As all three grapple with the secrets that led to The Hulk's creation, they are confronted with a monstrous new adversary known as The Abomination (Tim Roth), whose destructive strength exceeds even The Hulk's own. The first Hulk proved that no matter how good the actors and director are it's still a character that looks dumb and plastic on screen. I doubt this one will change that. My opinion is that the Hulk could only work as a movie if it was done in a cartoony style like 300, other than that, it's just too out there to look realistic.

no its a new one. they already said that in one of the articles. they are starting over from scratch since the first Hulk movie blew. It left no decent direction for anyone to head without further destroying the character. This is a new beginning.

i agree he does look alot like Sam Elliot. but i think as long as they put as much emhasis into Liv Tyler's character like they did in Hulk she will be fine. and besides she did very well in the Lord of the Rings trilogy.
