G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra is scheduled for an August 7, 2009 release. The film stars Ray Parks, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Said Taghmaoui, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Marlon Wayans, Channing Tatum, Dennis Quiad, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Arnold Vosloo, Karolina Isela Kurkov, Byung Hun Lee and Christopher Eccleston.

Check out this link below if you don't believe me...it's a (crappy looking drawn) pic of Snake Eyes with an uzi and a sword. I remember this because I had the toys as well and I distinctly remember his uzi and sword. But you were right about the vocal cords, I don't remember where I read that he was doing it because of a ninja vow. Made sense to me lol. But I do recall him being disfigured from an explosion and that's why he wears the mask to hide his scars even though he had numerous surgeries :)

Yes, Snake is the baddest dude of them all, and doesn't speak because he vocal cords were damaged in an accident, he carries a beretta, and his pet was a wolf. I hope Stephen Sommers doesn't blow this film and cheese everything up, like he did for The Mummy. There has to be sequels made!! We have got to see more characters!!

I forgot what it is called. But it shoots more like a machine gun than a pistol, but it's in the shape of a pistol.

The sad part is, these were on myspace's front page before they even got onto here, that's sad lol! Anyway, for people saying the 2nd pic guy looks cool... that would be Snake Eyes. He is a bad ass half ninja half army dude. He doesn't speak due to his vow of silence as a ninja. In the comics/cartoons, he had an uzi in one hand and a samurai sword in the other, kinda like this poster. I just hope he uses an uzi and not a dinky pistol. He also has a dog, like I Am Legend style, but cooler. He is by far the coolest G.I. Joe.
