Chasing Mavericks Trailer

20th Century Fox has debuted the first trailer for Chasing Mavericks (formerly known as Of Men and Mavericks), director Curtis Hanson's biopic on surfing legend Jay Moriarty (Jonny Weston). Gerard Butler stars as Frosty Hesson, Moriarty's mentor who teaches the surfer how to break the massive Northern California swells known as The Mavericks. Catch some waves with this first look at footage from the surfing drama.

Chasing Mavericks was released October 26th, 2012 and stars Gerard Butler, Jonny Weston, Elisabeth Shue, Abigail Spencer, Leven Rambin, Greg Long, Peter Mel, Zach Wormhoudt. The film is directed by Michael Apted, Curtis Hanson.
