Charles Durning Will Join Burt Reynolds in A Bunch of Amateurs

Burt Reynolds recently presented Charles Durning with a lifetime achievement award from the Screen Actors' Guild. According to Variety, Durning has also agreed to pair up with Reynolds' in Andy Cadiff's A Bunch of Amateurs, a comedy that will be filmed in England.

A Bunch of Amateurs will star Durning as a sleazy Hollywood agent who tricks his client into traveling to England to star in a charity production of King Lear. Reynolds will star as the fading actor who will do whatever it takes to revive his failing career.

A Bunch of Amateurs will begin shooting February 20th on the Isle of Man.

A Bunch of Amateurs was released in 2009 and stars Burt Reynolds, Alexandra Weaver, Elesia Ennis, Sarah Goldberg, Glynis Brooks, Camilla Arfwedson, Michael Wildman, Guy Flanagan. The film is directed by Andy Cadiff.
