Cary Elwes is set for the thriller, Psych 9 for International Productions and Green Card Pictures.

Andrew Shortell is directing and producing the Lawrence Robinson screenplay; the film revolves around an unstable woman who takes a job organizing patient records at a recently closed hospital. Variety adds working alone at night, she experiences a series of disturbing events that may be connected to a string of gruesome murders.

Production on Psych 9 will wrap in Prague by the end of the year; Sara Foster, Gabriel Mann and Michael Biehn also star.
