Today, Paramount Pictures has released the first official theatrical poster for Captain America: The First Avenger, which showcases star Chris Evans and Captain America's iconic shield amidst an explosion of World War II debris. You can check out the image below:
Captain America: The First Avenger was released July 22nd, 2011 and stars Chris Evans, Hayley Atwell, Sebastian Stan, Tommy Lee Jones, Hugo Weaving, Dominic Cooper, Richard Armitage, Stanley Tucci. The film is directed by Joe Johnston.

Im also wondering, weve seen all these pics and shots of Rogers when hes already Cap, do u think in the movie theyre gonna show when hes all skinny and sickly before he becomes Cap...?
...and if so, i guess theyre keeping how theyre gonna do it digitally underwraps like how theyre gonna make Red Skull look...

Lol, good point, but let's face it: TDKR is a huge subject. The hype around it is mind-blowing and it's just getting started. While I don't necessarily like the fact that everyone is expecting t to be epic, you can't necessarily expect any different. The last two films were phenomenal and it's something that can't be helped. Besides, we've said plenty on the matter of Cap, but we really haven't gotten any news on it either aside from photos.

@The Narrator - I just find it odd, coz this is the 3rd or 4th thread ppl are talking abt TDKR, I dont click on every news updates, I select the updates which I am interested in and every time I get inside someone talks abt TDKR. Its just people cannot control when they see C.Nolan is directing a movie, let the man at least finish the casting. I went a big crazy after reading abt TDKR in 3 or 4 different threads Mr.Bourne. When we have 10000 things to talk abt the movie that is in the thread why talk abt something 1)that is no way related or 2) not even started shooting or casting?. Well inspite of that i was in control in many posts, but i see it coming in almost every post that I visit. sorry

And yes talking abt GL here is good, 1) Its DC and Cap is Marvels, a healthy fight between the fans 2) both are completed movie and we know quite some information abt them.

Captain America is a completed movie and comes to theaters this July ie., in 4 months. The entire cast is not even set for TDKR and its release date is 1.5 years away. Yes talking abt TDKR here is conversation development, nice.
This is what is happening in every single thread, someone who thinks he is smart talks about a movie that is 2-3 years away for release in some thread which has a movie that is hitting theater in a weeks time. And more people join and do a live chat increasing the comments.

@Supes, in no ways was my comment meant to be a backlash of sorts to yours. It's just a slight pet peeve of mine, when people say TDKR has to be more epic and outdo TDK, when in all reality, all it has to do is end the series well and justifiably. That's basically what you want as well, you just worded it differently. Lol. So we're pretty much on the same page.
