Saw the Iron Man 2 movie. It rocked. Caught the unfinished Shield and the final ending. You can tell they are leading into the Avengers movie. Good on Marvel. Its a bold move and I think its worth it. I do think they need to shorten the time between moviesw though. this yearly crap has got to stop. Hands up all those people that would like to see Thor this Nov when the DVD comes out for IM2. I sure would. They could do it if they got off thier butts.
As for the Fan Four. Haven't heard anything about rebooting them. I felt they did a great job in casting who they did. Yes, Galactis was a major let down. Doesn't mean they can't improve. But as for Chris, they chose him because he is young and has that ability to be the hothead rebel. Cap is the opposite. He's not young, dumb and full of c*m. He's the rock in the middle of a storm. The voice of reason. He personifies everything that America stands for. He's larger than life itself. As i said before i think Chris is a great actor. No offense to him at all but i don't think he could play that kind of role having been Johnny the hothead before. Its not a question of size either. Does anyone get what I'm trying to say?

I understand what you are saying but the reason why i don't have problem with Chris playing Cap is the FF movies are being rebooted so the last two FF movies don't matter in the Cap movie or the Avengers movie

As much as I like the direction that Marvel is going with the movies leading into the Avengers (which I'm hoping will be at least a 3 hour movie, to do less I think would not do a story line justice) I will have to say that I don't like the choice for Chris Evans to play Cap. If he hadn't done the Human Torch I wouldn't have a problem but he has and that's the problem. It would be like asking Toby Maquire to play Bucky or Hugh Jackman to play the Red Skull. While I'm anxious in seeing the movie I am dissapointed in the lead role choice. No offense to Chris Evans. He's a great actor. I hate type casting but honestly who isn't going to see him and think "when's he going to say flame on"

WARRock... Whats wrong with Evans? Becouse he was one marvel character and not another? What about Ryand Rynalds? He played a Human Vampire hunter in Blade 3, Deadpool in Xmen Origins, and Green Lantern. I dont know what it will look at when it is done, but Evens seams to be a good fit. And Hugo is the best fit for Red Skull.
