Call of Duty Film Moving Forward
"They were looking for a rough, Scottish actor in Hollywood they probably couldn't get Gerard Butler, so they got the No. 2 Gerard Butler, me. I had no idea it would be so huge, and now there are talks of a feature film," he revealed to PopWrap. Then came the kicker, when asked if he would be bringing Soap to life in the movie, he said, "if the script is good, and Gerard isn't available [laughs], then absolutely."
McKidd, who also starred as Lucius Vorenus on the HBO series Rome, revealed that a feature film based off the series is currently being shopped around.
"There is a script that is being shopped and it's supposedly very good, I haven't seen it, but I am definitely going to be a part of the movie," Kevin told PopWrap. He then went on to say that his character, soldier/politician Lucius Vorenus, is not dead despite what happened in the show. "He very much alive, so that should be a fun story to tell."
We'll certainly keep you posted on both projects as soon as we have more information.

I prefer 360 for shooters and I hate the new controller design for the PS3. I am a FPS fan first and foremost that's why I stick with the 360.

Lol, well, I wish i had a friend that worked for Microsoft, because I'd ask him to tell that company to fix there f*cking consoles and stop constantly bringing out new console forms and give me one that works. I love Playstation. There long lasting. I still own my PS1 and it plays perfectly. I also hate Microsoft's graphics on there games. They look so cartoonish. I'm right there with you Todd in staying away from Microsoft.

actually iam surprised with all the war games out, that the war movies never caught on...especially with all the ww2 games out and how many people play them...i know they were working on a for a wolvenstein movie which i think would be pretty cool especially with the inglorious basterds out every studio would start jumping on the wagon.
But iam sure with a good story and a even better director maybe we would get a good action/war flick out of this afterall....

An old high school friend works for Microsoft, he told me that the elite was the better choice which is why I got it. When ever something goes wrong now, I just e-mail him.
With the two of them I actually prefer the PS3.
Dale told me that there is a faulty wire in every system, it lasts only for so long before it burns out. They don't tell the buyers about it, otherwise no one would buy the system.

I've had 4 models. I had the original and on up. And everyone of them kept getting the f*cking Ring of Death. They never replaced my sh*t, which is why i hate X box and microsoft. The Elite was the last one i had and took me over the edge. The only good thing i can say about the Elite is that it lasted longer than my previous 360's. I'm done with 360's. I'd rather have a Wii. I have the original first version of PS3 and it's still great and works well.

Yes it would cut out a lot of expense. I'm not banking on it, which model of the 360 do you have. The earlier or the newer, mine gave out last year and they replaced it with the newer.
The Elite doesn't crash as much, it's sturdier and it doesn't over heat as the first wave does. My PS3 which I won isn't the earlier version either.

I just read it Todd. I think it would be great to have one console. I want to play Left 4 Dead, but my f*cking 360 keeps breaking down. So, one console would be terrific. But another thing is, this guy is just making assumptions he just stating his opinions. If that would ever happen, Nintendo would have to be the main system. That company will never give over any of it's properties Sony and Microsoft would have to come over there and that's nearly impossible. Yeah, i know the guy who wrote this is a gaming expert, but it was an expert that said in the year 2000 the world would end. Guess what world still here.

I hear next year game prices will be dropped from 60 bucks down to 50 bucks, except for high profile games like a GTA or something big, but something like a game based on a movie will go for 50 bucks.

And so like i said, unless your going for trophies in Batman AA it has no real replay value, where in RE5 you'll play a lot because it's fun on multi player. Every person I talk to who own both a ps3 and a 360, always side with the 360 for multiplayer games. I also heard that the mult. in RE5 sucks ass. I'm not a fan of a game where you have to stop and shoot rather than shoot and run (which makes more sense). Or at least let you walk and shoot lol. And I don't know where you got that good system comment from Newkill cause I didn't even say anything about the system being superior or whatever. I simply stated that Microsoft is doing well as of right now, since 600,000 people went out and bought a new xbox and most likely modded that one too lol. And I'm sure 100,000 of those people are so butt hurt about it than they bought a PS3 instead. It's a win-win situation for Sony haha.
I played Batman AA twice through, on the harder difficulty and to get all the trophies etc. So technically I replayed it lol, but yeah other than the campaign and some cool challenge modes, it gets old pretty quick.

Piracy effects the developers, not Microsoft or Nintendo. Microsoft actually makes more money off of them by banning them around the holidays so they go and buy another one. They aren't stupid. They do it around every christmas. And they did this huge ban wave right before MW2 and during that week it came out. Don't even somehow try to argue with me about this which you are trying so hard to do, I'm f*cking right about this, end of that story.
Microsoft acts like the RRoD problems never happened, which is kind of funny, but then again, it's bad for business to bring it up. They fixed them and those days are long gone if you have a 2007-09 system.
And newkill, your friend is an idiot if he can't even sign in to xbox live lol. Maybe he was temporarily banned? It can happen if you get complaints, and assuming that he is your friend would make more sense as to why he would be banned. You guys are probably douches online. Those annoying guys the people in the game room mute lol.

Wow, and look how long it took them too fix that problem. And besides maybe PS3 online does suck, but at least i don't have to pay like a monthly fee like i would on the 360, which isn't even all that good to begin with. My friend couldn't even log on when we were playing Left 4 Dead.

Just because you ban people from piracy doesn't mean you have a good system. I owned 3 X Box 360. and they all got the f*cking Ring of Death. For a system to be doing so well, I highly doubt it. And RE5 has a lot of replay value, Chad. you obviously have never played online. and your obviously not a trophy hunter. Modern Warfare 2 just isn't on the 360. It's also on the PS3, Chad. They wouldn't just buy a new 360
The only games I'll rent are games taken from feature films like GI Joe. I also will rent games with no replay value like Arkam Asylum.
Todd, if piracy continues in the gaming industry, it's pretty obvious that they're going raise the prices. Maybe 70 bucks. Piracy effects the small people in the gaming industry more than the big gaming studios. Upcoming gaming developers will not get money.

I just hope Piracy would be killed one day, it hurts all of us in some form.
It should hurt the video game industry, they need to learn not everyone can pay that much. That gives me an idea just rent to buy something cheaper, just don't buy the $60 games.
