Burlesque Trailer Starring Cher and Christina Aguilera Arrives

Screen Gems has revealed the trailer for writer/director Steve Antin's Burlesque, which hits theaters November 24, 2010, and stars Cher, Christina Aguilera, Eric Dane, Cam Gigandet, Julianne Hough, Peter Gallagher, Alan Cumming, Kristen Bell and Stanley Tucci. Check out the trailer below!

Burlesque Trailer starring Cher and Christina Aguilera



Ali (Aguilera) is a small-town girl with a big voice who escapes hardship and an uncertain future to follow her dreams to LA. After stumbling upon The Burlesque Lounge, a majestic but ailing theater that is home to an inspired musical revue, Ali lands a job as a cocktail waitress from Tess (Cher), the club's proprietor and headliner. Burlesque's outrageous costumes and bold choreography enrapture the young ingenue, who vows to perform there one day.

Burlesque was released November 24th, 2010 and stars Cher, Christina Aguilera, Stanley Tucci, Kristen Bell, Cam Gigandet, Alan Cumming, Eric Dane, Peter Gallagher. The film is directed by Steve Antin.

    Alright finally that was what I needed to see. Now I see that's it's going to be more Coyote Ugly than Chicago, so story-wise, I'm glad. Yes and her voice is unmatched in this generation, she is the number one diva of her generation, it's actually quite unfair. When she started I believe she was in the four-pitch range, but I believe she has moved up a half a pitch, going up to four and a half, only outmatched by the great Mariah Carey, who used to have five octaves to her voice (nowadays who knows, Mariah fell off 10 years ago). Anyways now that I see there's an actual story here and not just a musical sing-along the whole movie, I must say it looks...somewhat intriguing. I didn't like BIONIC her new album (only the first single that's it), and I'm hoping I will like this. Her second and third albums are brilliant, however.

    Maybe I 'm the only person in here that was thrilled!!!!!!!!! Oh my God...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the chill in 1:43...... Her voice is a miracle no matter what she do... And I love these movies really.. We all start from somewhere. Right? You have to chase your dream!!! Really... Love it!!!!!

    Is this like a pg13 version of show girls?.. @Rufio has a point, its a mixed of other movies put into1. We all know how this is gonna end, right? i mean its a no brainer Cher will play the bbitch who thinks christina isnt' "stage material" and then christina will prove her wrong and become a sell out. and more famous. i might b wrong but isnt that how most music movies are? lol

    why is it that whenever singers start to make movies they always play SINGERS?? is it me or does that actually make the character LESS believable? not to mention that it's just annoying and insulting to the audience. pass on this movie. good to see cher in a movie again though.
