Brittany Murphy, Ryan Gosling, Tim Roth, Giovanni Ribisi, Jason Lee, and Anjelica Huston have all signed on to star in the indie film, The Other Side for London-based Intandem Films.

David Michaels has written the script and will make his feature directorial debut in the twisted modern fable that Variety says, revolves around a science scholar who spends the summer on a strange island that is out-of-step with the real world. Following up on a string of clues, she tries to solve the mystery that has stunted island residents.

No production schedule is set for The Other Side.
