Brian Grazer Brings The FBI to Fox
The show will be the first in thirty-five years to have the full cooperation of the actual F.B.I. Grazer stated, "I like making movies about heroes. Selfless people willing to protect the city, the state or the world is interesting to me."
Imagine Entertainment and 2oth Century Fox TV are producing the pilot, which is currently being called The F.B.I.. The show will follow the adventures of Iraqi war vet Michael Cavanaugh as he is selected to head the Critical Incidents Response Group. The Cavanaugh character is base on real-life former F.B.I. agent John O'Neill.
Grazer continued about the series by saying, "I try very hard to do those subjects in a non-corny way. It's about people who have nobility but are emotionally flawed."
The F.B.I. will most likely air next year in 24's time slot.
