Recovering from his $45 million Hangover, Bradley Cooper is now in negotiations to take the role of Face for Fox's feature adaptation of The A-Team.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cooper had been rumored for some time to play the dashing Lt. Templeton "Faceman" Peck, part of a group of framed, on-the-run war vets who get into adventures while evading the military. Dirk Benedict originated the role on the 1980s NBC series created by Stephen J. Cannell.

The hunt is on for actors to portray team leader Hannibal, as well as characters B.A. Baracus, and Howling Mad Murdock.

The big-budget project, being directed by Joe Carnahan (Smokin' Aces) from a screenplay by Derek Haas and Michael Brandt (Wanted), already has a June 11, 2010, release date. Ridley and Tony Scott are producing.

So, A-Team fans, who do YOU think should take the role of team leader Hannibal, and the characters B.A. Baracus, and Howling Mad Murdock? Don't be a wuss, this is your chance to be heard!

The A-Team was released June 11th, 2010 and stars Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper, Jessica Biel, Quinton Jackson, Sharlto Copley, Patrick Wilson, Gerald McRaney, Henry Czerny. The film is directed by Joe Carnahan.

Smokin' Aces was fun to watch but I wouldn't go nuts over it.

I would say "Smokin' Aces" was more influenced by Guy Ritchie's "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels" and "Snatch" than I would say Tarantino. Now, I would say "B,G,B&O" was definitely Tarantino influenced.

I'll agree Carnahan's Smokin' Aces was awful, but that's just one film and hopefully he's learned from his mistakes. His first film, "Blood,Guts,Bullets, and Octane", was pretty good, and his second film, "Narc", was excellent.

Yeah your right, but QT does it better and a lot of those movies he's taking ideas from are foreign, when Carnahan takes stuff from American sh*t. F*ck Carnahan, The ending to Smokin Aces was the only good thing about that movie.

Newkill, you do know that is what QT does, takes old movies and puts HIS spin on them, he has even openly admitted to stealing others ideas and making it his own. Hell, Shakespeare even stole Ideas. It's just all in how you work the idea in a different direction.

I think Ice Cube could work although I think there are better choices out there, as for Murdock I honestly would like to see Jim Carrey do it. He has the look and we all know he can be crazy and mad.

I'd rather see Common. I'm getting tired of seeing Ice Cube. But Columbus Short would make a terrific choice for B.A.

i think ice cube and common are both good choices for B.A. Tyrese not so much, but the idea of an unknown should pass thru there little braines as well it would be smart

Joe Carnahan sucks. He just takes old movies like Pulp Fiction and puts his own spin on them.

If any rapper can pull off BA it's Ice Cube. But, I'd like to see either Michael Clark Duncan or Tyrese Gibson. And for Murdock I don't know maybe Ed Norton.

After seeing "The Hangover," Bradley Cooper could pull off the "Face" character being that he can play dramatic (TV's "Alias") and comedy. Liam Neeson is in talks for Hannibal, which is great, but, doesn't seem like a role he would take...maybe he's trying to bury himself in work in light of his personal tragedy (understood).

My only complaint for this A-Team reboot: rapper "Common" as Mr. T. WTF?! They hired him only because he's an up and coming black actor (with minor roles in Terminator:Salvation, American Gangster). Mr. T is suppose to be a laconic, brooding brute, not another candyass hip hop wannabe thug from music marketing.

The casting director should actually cast instead of rubberstamping the studios suggestions...cast an unknown, like Mr. T was back in the day.

Now, forget what I said and make monosyllabic comments above...
