I was dead on about Arthur continuing to perform now that we're getting closer to Christmas. Movieweb predicted it falling out of the top ten this week!

I will wait for cheap theater to see "New Year's Eve "...!

I saw "Hugo" .....Very Surprised...I woud give it a B+!

I agree about AMC theaters, There is a 24 plex near me...and they can't get "Youg Adult" or "Tinker Tailor"....but 4-5 screens are booked with "Breaking Dawn"!.

@thedude-abides I know! I didn't think limited releases were THAT limited. But glad to hear it gets a wider release @moviefreak97

@ROFLitschristian Wow. That's an insane number. You'd think with Up in the Air and Juno both being nominated for best picture, it would get more screens than that.

@felipe-11 That's exactly what happened at the theaters around here. They've had TTSS posters up since august, and have been playing the trailer for months on end, yet not a single theater in my city is showing film.

@thedude-abides True, I wanted to catch "Young Adult" this weekend but neither one of my two AMC theaters played it even though they did play the trailer (and they're both pretty big multiplexes).

Still got to see The Sitter and Hugo though.

I would call this an indictment on society, but when the best films of the year (TTSS, the Artist, the Descendants, Shame, Marilyn, Dangerous Method, Young Adult, and Carnage) are all in extremely limited release, there's really not much else for people to choose from.
