Bonnie Somerville Joins The Ugly Truth & Nobody

Bonnie Somerville, one of the stars of ABC's Cashmere Mafia, has booked roles in two feature films.

First up, Somerville faces The Ugly Truth, the Lakeshore-Columbia romantic comedy starring Katherine Heigl and Gerard Butler. Robert Luketic is directing. Somerville will play Butler's sister-in-law.

She then will segue to Nobody, an indie black comedy directed by Rob Perez (40 Days and 40 Nights) and exec produced by Josh Hartnett. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie revolves around a group of self-centered art students; Somerville will play an articulate, pretentious member of the group.

The Ugly Truth was released July 24th, 2009 and stars Katherine Heigl, Gerard Butler, Bree Turner, Eric Winter, Nick Searcy, Jesse D. Goins, Cheryl Hines, John Michael Higgins. The film is directed by Robert Luketic.
