Billy Burke (Ladder 49) has been cast in the lead role in Jennifer Chambers Lynch's supernatural cop thriller Surveillance, according to Production Weekly.

The daughter of director David Lynch, Jennifer was 23 when she made her notorious feature-directing bow with Boxing Helena. Lynch wrote the script with Kent Harper, about an FBI agent tracking a serial killer with the help of his would-be-victims, all of whom have very different stories of their experiences.

Production is tentatively scheduled to being in October.
