Billy Bob Thornton Set for Faster
According to Variety, Johnson plays Driver, an ex-con out to avenge his brother's murder. Thornton plays Cop, a veteran policeman who trails Driver as he races to settle with those responsible for the murder. Also in the mix is Killer, an egocentric hitman who's after Driver. That role hasn't been cast yet.
Joe and Tony Gayton wrote the script.
Production will begin early next year.
Faster was released November 24th, 2010 and stars Carla Gugino, Dwayne Johnson, Maggie Grace, Moon Bloodgood, Billy Bob Thornton, Matt Gerald, Courtney Gains, Annie Corley. The film is directed by George Tillman Jr..

bbthornton and the rock... thats a shame.
i say this because the rock only makes awful piece of sh*t movies.
the last thing he was in that i enjoyed was southland tales, and he was the worst part of that movie, it would have been much better with someone else playing his part.
he is just awful.
