Moviehole.net is reporting that Billy Bob Thornton has come aboard the D.J. Caruso thriller Eagle Eye. The DreamWorks film also stars Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan and Rosario Dawson.

In the film, Shia LaBeouf reteams with Disturbia director D.J. Caruso as a young slacker whose overachieving twin brother has died mysteriously. When the young man returns home, both he and a single mother find they have been framed as terrorists. Forced to become members of a cell that has plans to carry out a political assassination, they must work together to extricate themselves

Eagle Eye hits theaters on October 10th, 2008.

Eagle Eye was released September 26th, 2008 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan, Rosario Dawson, Michael Chiklis, Anthony Mackie, Ethan Embry, Billy Bob Thornton, Anthony Azizi. The film is directed by D.J. Caruso.
